There is no fully playable free HireVue game simulation.

Why Practice HireVue Games?
Each HireVue game format has its own interaction style, and the real assessment runs on a clock. Practicing the format first improves your familiarity with it: you learn what the interface asks of you, how quickly you have to decide, and where your own errors tend to happen. Practice improves familiarity with the format; it does not change the assessment itself.
- Learn how each interaction works before the test, not during it.
- Get comfortable with the controls of each game format.
- Experience the time pressure in a safe environment and find your own pacing.
- See where you make mistakes while the stakes are low.
- Avoid spending part of your first real attempt just figuring out the interface.
What Practice Can Help With
- The interaction format of each supported game type
- Controls and input styles, from number selection to tile swapping
- Pacing: how long to spend on one task before moving on
- Time pressure and how it affects your accuracy
- Task mechanics such as sequences, patterns, and path building
What Practice Cannot Provide
- Proprietary HireVue questions or content
- The employer's exact live assessment configuration
- Official HireVue scoring or results
- A guaranteed score
- A guaranteed hiring outcome
Candidate Falcon is an independent preparation platform. Its simulations are not official HireVue games, do not use proprietary HireVue questions, and do not represent official HireVue scoring. They exist for format familiarity and independent practice.
HireVue Games Practice: Frequently Asked Questions
Can you practice HireVue games before the assessment?
HireVue does not offer a public practice version of its proprietary games, so independent preparation platforms fill that gap. Candidate Falcon provides timed simulations for 11 supported HireVue game formats, each preceded by a short strategy screen, so you can learn the interaction style before your real assessment. Follow the invitation and on-screen instructions for the assessment you actually receive.
Which HireVue games can I practice on Candidate Falcon?
Candidate Falcon currently supports 11 game types: Numerosity, Flashback, DigitSpan, Pathfinder, Puzzle, ShapeDance, Singularity, Portrait, PortraitXT, E-Motions, and TeamChat. Switch Challenge is covered by an editorial guide only and is not part of the practice suite.
Are these official HireVue games?
No. Candidate Falcon is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or provided by HireVue. The simulations are Candidate Falcon implementations of publicly documented game formats: they do not use proprietary HireVue questions and do not represent official HireVue scoring.
Are Candidate Falcon simulations identical to the real assessment?
No. The simulations reproduce the documented interaction format and timing of each game type, but the exact content, difficulty progression, and game mix in your assessment are configured by the employer. Treat the simulations as format familiarity training, not as a copy of your live assessment.
Can I repeat a practice game?
Yes. While your HireVue Games access is active you can start a simulation as many times as you want, and a Try Again button appears after every completed run so you can restart immediately.
Does Candidate Falcon track my practice score?
Yes. After each simulation you see a completion summary with the levels you played, correct answers, and errors. Every session is saved and listed in your Performance Hub, where you can review your game history and scores over time.
Can I practice HireVue games for free?
This practice directory and Candidate Falcon's editorial strategy guides are publicly accessible. To open an individual game overview, you need a Candidate Falcon account. A free account can review the game's overview, rules and instructions, while playing the timed simulation requires HireVue Games access. There is no fully playable free simulation.
Does Candidate Falcon also include HireVue video interview practice?
Yes. Candidate Falcon has a dedicated HireVue one-way interview page where you can rehearse timed recorded answers with question banks and AI-assisted feedback. It covers the video interview stage that some HireVue hiring processes include alongside the games.
Ready to pick your first game?
Choose the formats your assessment is likely to include, run one timed simulation, and use the result summary to plan your next attempt.
