Practice the HireVue Pathfinder Format

Candidate Falcon Pathfinder practice presents route tiles that you organize to make a connected path. You need to consider the start and end points, then plan how intermediate pieces can join them. The interaction gives you a place to practise moving tiles with a clear route in mind.

This is a Candidate Falcon path-building simulation with a five-minute practice timer. It does not set a universal HireVue time limit. Before you move a tile, inspect the endpoints and the available connections. Then use the run to learn how a move can help or block the route.

What You Do in This Practice Simulation

  1. Locate the start and end points in the displayed grid.
  2. Move or swap path tiles to make a continuous connection.
  3. Complete the route and continue to another level while practice time remains.

What to Review After a Practice Run

The result shows played, correct, and wrong totals. Think back to routes that needed extra moves or ended in a dead end. The result gives a count, while your own notes can identify which planning decision you want to change next time.

  • Look for turns or junctions that interrupted a route.
  • Notice when you moved tiles before planning the connection.
  • Try another run with a more consistent endpoint-first scan.

Candidate Falcon provides independent practice simulations and is not HireVue. For rules, evidence, and detailed strategy, read the full Pathfinder guide.
