Practice the HireVue TeamChat Format

Candidate Falcon TeamChat practice presents workplace conversation scenarios and asks you to choose a response. The exercise helps you get familiar with reading a short exchange and making a choice through the interface. It does not provide a universal rule for the right way to respond at work.

The five-minute Candidate Falcon practice timer belongs to this simulation. Read the scenario and the available replies before selecting. Use your own judgment about the situation rather than trying to memorize one response pattern for every workplace.

What You Do in This Practice Simulation

  1. Read the conversation and the situation it describes.
  2. Compare the response options and choose one that fits your judgment.
  3. Continue through the scenarios while the practice timer runs.

What to Review After a Practice Run

The completion screen shows how many scenarios you played. It does not present your workplace style as a correct or wrong score. After the run, think about prompts you found ambiguous or answered in haste. You can repeat the interaction to become more comfortable with the format.

  • Notice if you missed a detail in the conversation.
  • Reflect on choices that did not feel true to your response style.
  • Use another run to practise reading before selecting.
