Candidate Falcon PortraitXT practice uses statements about behavior and work preferences. Instead of choosing between pictures, you read a statement and select a rating on a response scale. This run helps you learn the rating interaction and decide how accurately each response reflects you.
The Candidate Falcon practice setting has a five-minute timer. It is a simulation setting, not a claim about every live assessment. Read the full statement before choosing a point on the scale. There is no universal correct personality profile to aim for.
The completion screen reports how many prompts you played; it does not score your personality answers as right or wrong. Think about statements you may have read too quickly or answered based on an unusual exception. A new run lets you practise the response format again.
