Candidate Falcon Portrait practice presents image-based choices about work style. You look at both options and choose the one that is closer to your own preference. The purpose of this run is to become comfortable with the choice format and with making a considered response.

There is no answer key for a personal preference. Use the five-minute Candidate Falcon practice setting to read the options and respond as yourself. This independent simulation does not know which personality profile an employer wants, and it does not promise that one choice will improve an outcome.

What You Do in This Practice Simulation

  1. Look at both images before you decide.
  2. Choose the option that better reflects your usual work style.
  3. Continue through the available choices without trying to construct an ideal profile.

What to Review After a Practice Run
