Harver Assessment Answers: Why None Exist and How to Pass

Search for the Harver assessment and you will soon find offers of "Harver assessment answers", "test answers PDFs" and shared reviewers. This guide explains why a genuine answer key does not exist, why using one is risky, and what actually helps you pass each part of the assessment.
The short answer
There is no genuine Harver answer key. Each employer builds its own assessment, the situational judgement answers are keyed to that employer's best staff, cognitive results are compared with other test takers, and personality questions have no right answers. Some employers also switch on proctoring. What helps is knowing each format well and practising it.
Why there is no real Harver answer key
Every employer builds its own assessment
Harver is not one fixed test. The employer builds a "flow" for each vacancy from Harver's modules and chooses the content, the order and which subtests to include. Two candidates applying to different companies, or even to different roles at the same company, can get quite different assessments. A list of answers from someone else's test is unlikely to match yours.
Situational judgement answers come from the employer's best staff
Harver says it builds custom situational judgement tests after its consultants shadow the employer's staff, and keys the answers on what the employer's top performers do. Some employers use Harver's ready-made contact-centre scenarios instead. Either way, the key is not published, so anyone selling "the right answers" is guessing.
Cognitive questions are scored against other test takers
The cognitive ability test has up to five timed subtests, chosen by the employer. Harver does not publish its questions or how many each subtest has. Your score compares you with other test takers on a scale of 0 to 100%, where 50% is average and most people score between 30% and 70%. Looking answers up while the clock runs only costs you time.
Personality has no right answers
In Harver's Personality Print, each item gives a statement with two possible endings, and you rate on a scale of 1 to 6 which one fits you better. You cannot go back. Your profile is compared with what the employer wants for the job, which is not public, so a "perfect" set of answers does not exist.
Typing, chat and speaking depend on your own skill
The typing test measures how fast and accurately you copy sentences, so there is nothing to look up. In the live chat simulation, every reply option is ranked from best to worst behind the scenes and your response speed counts too. The spoken language test scores your pronunciation and fluency automatically.
Can Harver tell if you use outside help?
Employers can turn on Harver's proctoring add-on, available since April 2025. After a consent page, it asks for camera access and takes a test photo. During the assessment it:
- takes photos at intervals;
- blocks copy and paste, which Harver says always applies, even when camera consent is optional;
- detects when you switch to another tab or window, warning you first and then flagging it to the recruiter.
Harver's employer documentation says the feature targets candidates who watch a guide on YouTube or use ChatGPT during the test. Harver also keeps a session log with your IP address, country, device and any VPN, flags unusual locations, and uses machine learning to spot the same person applying again under a new account.
Two more rules matter. Once you submit an answer you cannot change it, and a section you leave part-way restarts from the beginning.
The risk of "Harver answers PDFs"
A web search in October 2026 turned up user-uploaded documents on Scribd titled as answer keys and "Harver test answers" PDF pages on websites that have nothing to do with Harver. None of them comes from Harver, and none can match your employer's scenarios.
- They will not match your test. Employers choose their own modules and scenarios.
- They can be wrong. The situational judgement key is not public, so any shared "answers" are someone's guesses.
- They can get you flagged. Switching windows to read a file is exactly what proctoring detects.
- They can be unsafe. Download pages on unrelated websites are a common source of malware and scams. Genuine Harver invitations arrive by email after you apply; Foundever, for example, lists harver.com among the senders of its genuine recruitment emails.
How the Harver situational judgement test is scored
For each scenario you mark the best response with a thumbs up and the worst with a thumbs down, from three to five options. Harver's employer help centre describes the scoring:
- +1 if your best pick is the keyed best response;
- +1 if your worst pick is the keyed worst response;
- 0 if you pick a neutral option, one the key treats as neither best nor worst;
- −1 if you reverse them, choosing the keyed best as worst or the keyed worst as best.
Your result is the percentage of correct answers. The practical lesson: settle the clearly best and clearly worst responses first, and never pick a harmful response as the best, because reversing best and worst is the only choice that loses points.
How to pass the Harver assessment: what helps in each module
- Situational judgement test. Pick responses that take ownership, stay calm and polite, follow policy, protect customer data and solve the problem. Read the employer's values first. Practise with our situational judgement practice.
- Cognitive subtests. Learn the five question types so the instructions do not slow you down, and use the practice questions before each subtest: logical reasoning, verbal reasoning, perceptual speed, number sequences and spatial reasoning.
- Typing test. Put accuracy first: every red cross must be fixed before you move on. See the typing test practice and our call center typing test guide.
- Live chat simulation. Check the side panel for orders and policies before you reply, and do not leave waiting customers too long. Try the live chat practice.
- Language and speaking. Practise grammar, vocabulary and reading, then reading aloud at a steady pace: language proficiency, spoken language and writing.
- Multitasking test. Learn the rules in the practice round so you can answer without rereading them: multitasking practice.
- Personality. Answer honestly and consistently, without second-guessing. Our personality practice shows how the format feels.
- pymetrics games. If your invitation includes them, read the pymetrics guide.
On the day, use a laptop with Chrome, a physical keyboard and a working microphone, find a quiet room, and start each section only when you have time to finish it. If you need extra time or another adjustment, ask the employer before you begin. For a full walkthrough of a contact-centre process, see our Alorica assessment guide.
Practise the formats instead
Candidate Falcon's Harver practice has thirteen independent Harver-style modules with original scenarios, questions and chats, plus a review after every run. They are not Harver's tests, they contain no real questions or answers, and practice results are not Harver scores. The situational judgement practice uses Harver's published scoring rule with our own key, because employers' keys are not public. Practice runs need a plan that includes Harver; see pricing. The free Harver assessment guide explains every module.
FAQs
Is there a Harver answers PDF?
Not a genuine one. Harver publishes no answer key, employers build their own assessments, situational judgement answers are keyed to each employer's top performers, and personality questions have no right answers. The PDFs and uploads you find online are not from Harver.
Can Harver tell if I use outside help or AI?
If the employer turns on proctoring, Harver takes photos during the assessment, blocks copy and paste and flags switching to other tabs. Harver says the feature targets candidates who watch guides or use ChatGPT during the test. It also logs devices and locations and detects repeat applications.
How do I pass the Harver assessment?
Find out which modules you will take from your invitation, then learn and practise each format. In the situational judgement test, choose what a good agent would do; in the personality questions, describe yourself honestly. Use a laptop, Chrome and a quiet room, and finish each section once you start.
What is a good Harver score?
Harver publishes no pass mark. Cognitive, multitasking and live chat results compare you with other test takers, where 50% is average and most people score 30% to 70%. Situational judgement and language results show the percentage you got right. The employer sets its own bar and decides whether you see your results.
