It covers all 11 HireVue game types: Numerosity, ShapeDance, Digitspan, E-Motions, Flashback, Pathfinder, Portrait, PortraitXT, Puzzle Picture, Singularity, and TeamChat. It also includes video interview practice for HireVue, Spark Hire, Talview, and VidCruiter. Beyond HireVue, the games plans include Arctic Shores-style task simulations and Cappfinity-style practice for numerical, verbal, critical and diagrammatic reasoning, Coding Potential, the Situational Strengths Test (SST) and an immersive assessment.

This is not a general aptitude test library or a broad career coaching platform: the reasoning, situational strengths and immersive practice follows Cappfinity's formats only. Every feature is built around the specific formats that show up in real hiring funnels right now.

What Each Tier Covers

What You Can Use for Free

There is no free trial of the practice simulators. What you can use before paying is the free preparation material, with no account needed: the guides in Free Tips, the overview of each HireVue game, Arctic Shores-style task and Cappfinity-style module, and the free video interview courses.

That matters more than it sounds. HireVue game formats are genuinely unfamiliar to most candidates. Reading how Numerosity or ShapeDance works before your actual assessment takes away some of the surprise on its own.

The free material is not a practice session: the timed simulations and recorded video interview practice need a paid plan. It is enough to orient yourself and decide whether a paid plan is worth it.

Games Plans: 1 Game Platform Prep and All Games Platforms Prep

Two plans cover game and test practice. Neither includes video interview practice.

1 Game Platform Prep unlocks one assessment platform, which you choose the first time you start practising after payment: all 11 HireVue games, 15 Arctic Shores-style tasks, or 7 Cappfinity-style modules (numerical, verbal, critical and diagrammatic reasoning, Coding Potential, the Situational Strengths Test and an immersive assessment). The choice stays the same for the whole subscription. You get unlimited practice on that platform, strategy breakdowns, and the platform's articles and tips. All Games Platforms Prep includes all three: HireVue games, Arctic Shores-style tasks and Cappfinity-style practice.

If you have a single game or test assessment coming up and a tight deadline, 1 Game Platform Prep is the right starting point, as long as you choose the platform your employer actually uses.

Video Plans: 1 Video Platform Prep and All Video Platforms Prep

1 Video Platform Prep covers one-way video interview practice for one platform, chosen on first access: HireVue, Spark Hire, Talview or VidCruiter. All Video Platforms Prep covers all four.

Both include unlimited practice interviews in general, scripted, job-position and custom modes, AI-powered feedback on your recorded answers, unlimited review of your recordings, resume storage and the full interview question library. The video plans include no game or test practice.

The AI feedback comments on the structure, content and delivery of each answer, which is the part that is hardest to judge on your own.

The question library includes company-specific pages for employers such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Deloitte, McKinsey, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Meta, along with more than 50 others. If you are applying to a named employer, you can rehearse the questions listed for that employer.

Full Access

Full Access combines both: every games and test platform (HireVue games, Arctic Shores-style tasks and Cappfinity-style practice) and all four video interview platforms, with the full question library.

This plan suits candidates who are actively applying across multiple employers, or who face both a game or test stage and a video interview.

How to Choose the Right Plan

Two questions will get you to the right answer.

First: what type of assessment are you facing? If it is a HireVue game assessment, an Arctic Shores assessment or a Cappfinity test, a games plan covers it. If it is a one-way video interview, a video plan covers it. If you have both, Full Access is the only single plan that includes game, test and video practice.

Second: how many platforms are involved? If you are applying to one company with a single deadline, a single-platform plan is usually enough. If you are in a broader job search where employers use different platforms, All Games Platforms Prep, All Video Platforms Prep or Full Access saves you from being tied to one platform.

On a single-platform plan, choose carefully: the platform is set the first time you start practising and stays the same for the whole subscription.

What You Are Not Getting

Apart from its Cappfinity-style practice (numerical, verbal, critical and diagrammatic reasoning, Coding Potential, situational strengths and an immersive assessment) and the numerical Analysis task in the Arctic Shores-style practice, Candidate Falcon does not cover traditional aptitude tests or a general aptitude library, such as SHL, Kenexa or Talent Q packs. If your assessment includes a standard cognitive test from a provider like SHL or Korn Ferry, you will need a separate resource for that component. The Cappfinity practice is independent and not affiliated with Cappfinity, and it does not simulate Cappfinity's job simulations or video interviews.

The platform is also not a live coaching service. There is no human coach reviewing your recordings. Feedback is AI-generated, which means it is fast and available at any hour, but it is not the same as a mentor watching your session in real time.

Preparing for Specific Games Within Your Plan

Inside the platform, preparation is organized by game type. Each of the 11 HireVue games has its own simulation and strategy guide.
