Concentrix, Teleperformance, TTEC and Foundever Assessments
Luca from Candidate Falcon
Editorial Team
Concentrix, Teleperformance (now branded TP), TTEC and Foundever all start hiring with an online assessment. The tests look alike: English, typing, speaking and customer scenarios. The platforms and rules differ.
For each employer we separate what its own careers pages say from what candidates report on Reddit's r/BPOinPH. Candidate posts are individual experiences, paraphrased.

Concentrix
What Concentrix says
Concentrix's careers FAQ is unusually direct. Under "What is Harver?", it says Harver is a virtual assessment tool it uses to evaluate candidates, and that applicants are invited by email to language or competency tests. It also says:
- What is tested: language proficiency, computer proficiency, customer support and typing, plus internet speed and system requirements for work-from-home roles.
- Timing: the assessment is timed, and the clock starts as soon as you open a module.
- Preparation: review basic grammar, vocabulary and computer skills. You can apply again after a rejection.
What candidates report
- Spoken tasks on camera. In May 2026, a candidate described about four tasks: typing, pronunciation, spoken fill-in-the-blanks and describing a word shown on screen, with the camera on and a valid ID shown first.
- Typing is strict. One newbie in October 2026 failed on speed; another, in 2025, retook the language part three times onsite, then failed the typing test after two attempts.
- Mock calls come later. A 2025 candidate described a mock call in the final interview.
- Other names appear. Candidates have also mentioned a Moodle-based test (2025) and an SHL assessment (2024), so the platform may vary by site or year.
Practice that matches: language proficiency, spoken language, the typing test and, for the customer support part, the situational judgement test.
Teleperformance (TP)
What TP says
The TP careers pages we read (job opportunities, work from home and the Philippines careers page) do not describe the assessment or name a provider. They warn that TP hiring managers only contact you from a teleperformance.com email address and that TP never asks candidates to pay. News coverage of TP's Metro Manila job fair on 28 September 2026 said applicants could be interviewed and hired within the day.
Some prep sites list TP as a Harver user, but we found no TP or Harver source that confirms it.
What candidates report
- A listen-and-repeat task. A 2024 candidate asked for tips on the part where you repeat words and phrases.
- Same-day hub processes. A candidate at the Pasay recruitment hub in August 2026 passed the initial interview, assessment and final interview in one visit; the final interview was recorded for validation by operations managers.
- Retakes are common. In June 2026, a candidate who passed at a hub was asked to retake the exam at home, twice, because the client's needs had changed.
Practice that matches: spoken language (it includes listen and repeat), language proficiency, the typing test and the situational judgement test.
TTEC
What TTEC says
TTEC's hiring process FAQs describe four steps: apply, complete an assessment sent by email, self-schedule an interview, then receive an offer. The assessment may include computer literacy and English proficiency modules and takes about 20 minutes; a computer works better than a phone. Tech checks can follow an offer. Its careers articles add:
- English, typing and situational tests. A May 2026 article lists these, with typing for chat and email roles, and asks you to finish within 24 to 48 hours.
- Philippine sites. TTEC Lipa describes a typing test and a language assessment of listening, reading and conversational English. TTEC's Manila guide adds reading aloud and a mock call.
- Harver by name. TTEC's article on chat support at TTEC Pampanga (August 2025) asks for at least 35 words per minute and tells applicants to prepare for "the Harver language proficiency and typing tests".
What candidates report
- A long list of parts. A walk-in at TTEC Novaliches in May 2026 described a Harver assessment with grammar, personality, situational scenarios, basic tech questions, logical reasoning, speaking, typing and reading comprehension. Nearby staff could be heard in their speaking recording.
- A 24-hour window. A virtual applicant in April 2026 took the Harver assessment within 24 hours of creating an account and got a pass email the next day.
- Second tries work. One candidate passed on a second application a month after failing.
Practice that matches: language proficiency, the typing test, situational judgement, spoken language, the Personality Print-style questionnaire and logical reasoning.
Foundever
What Foundever says
Foundever, formerly Sitel Group, explains its process on its How to Apply page. For customer service jobs, a link to an online skills assessment arrives within seconds or minutes of applying, sent from makipeople.com or foundever.com. If you pass, a recruiter contacts you to schedule an interview. Its Philippines page lists, depending on the role, a virtual evaluation and online assessment, a language assessment and a final interview.
Harver or Maki? Harver's 2021 playbook names Sitel as a customer, and Foundever's recruitment fraud notice still lists harver.com among its genuine email domains. But its application page now names Maki's domain, and Maki's 2025 case study says more than 200,000 Foundever candidates took its assessments in six months. Your Foundever assessment is now more likely to come from Maki. Check the sender.
What candidates report
- A Maki test first. An applicant in August 2026 took the "MAKI Test" in a Zoom breakout room before the initial interview.
- A customer service judgement part. In September 2026, a candidate failed the situational judgement part of a three-part Maki assessment, about 12 questions, with 67%, and was sent a retake link.
- Long waits. Several 2026 posts describe hours of waiting on virtual hiring bridges.
Practice that matches: Maki is a different platform, so our Harver-style modules do not copy its tests, but the skills overlap: situational judgement, typing and language proficiency.
How to prepare for all four
- Check the sender and the deadline. The domain tells you the platform; TTEC asks for 24 to 48 hours, and Concentrix's clock starts when you open a module.
- Use a computer, a headset and a quiet room. All four test English in some form, and most include speaking.
- Practise typing for accuracy. TTEC Pampanga asks for 35 words per minute, and Concentrix candidates describe strict minimums.
- Rehearse the speaking tasks. Read aloud, repeat sentences you have just heard and give a one-minute introduction.
- Answer scenarios like a good agent. Empathy, ownership, policy, then a solution.
- Expect a mock call later. TTEC's language guide describes one, and Concentrix candidates report one in the final interview.
- Never pay. TP and Foundever both say they never ask candidates for money; treat any such request as a scam.
Our call center assessment test guide explains each part in detail, and the Alorica assessment guide covers Alorica.
Practise the formats
Candidate Falcon's independent Harver-style practice, such as the live chat simulation, uses original content built from Harver's public descriptions. It is not any of these employers' tests, nor Harver's or Maki's, and practice results are not official scores. Playing it needs a plan that includes Harver; see pricing. The Harver practice hub lists all thirteen modules, and the free Harver assessment guide explains each one.
FAQs
Does Concentrix use Harver?
Yes. Concentrix's careers FAQ explains what Harver is and says applicants are invited by email to language or competency tests. Some candidates mention other test names, so the platform may vary by site.
What is the Teleperformance assessment test?
TP's careers pages do not describe it. Candidates report English and speaking tasks, including repeating words and phrases, often taken at a recruitment hub on the same day as the interviews.
What is in the TTEC assessment?
TTEC says it may include computer literacy and English modules, a typing test for chat and email roles and situational questions, in about 20 minutes. One TTEC article names the Harver language proficiency and typing tests.
Does Foundever use Harver or Maki?
Foundever's How to Apply page says assessment invitations come from makipeople.com or foundever.com, and candidates in 2026 describe a Maki test. Its fraud notice still lists harver.com as a genuine sender.
Can I practise for these assessments?
You can practise the formats: grammar, typing, speaking and customer scenarios. Outside sites do not have the employers' own items, so use practice to get comfortable with the tasks, not to memorise answers.
