Refund Policy

At Candidate Falcon, we are committed to providing high-quality training simulations and resources to help you prepare for HireVue-style assessments.
Candidate Falcon provides digital-only, subscription-based interview preparation tools with immediate access upon purchase. Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. This policy outlines the limited circumstances under which a refund may be considered.
1. General Policy
- All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise in this policy.
- Refunds are issued only in the limited circumstances described below.
- By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the digital nature of the product and that access is granted immediately upon payment.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered only when all of the following conditions are met:
- A verified technical failure on Candidate Falcon's end prevented you from accessing the product entirely: not a partial inconvenience or reduced experience.
- The issue was reported to hi@candidatefalcon.com within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You have not used the paid services you have previously bought (e.g., you have not completed practice sessions, accessed simulations, or used the video interview tools).
- Supporting evidence may be required to process your request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in any of the following circumstances:
- You accessed the platform or any part of the product after purchase.
- You purchased by mistake or changed your mind after access was granted.
- You did not achieve your desired outcome (e.g., passing an assessment or receiving a job offer).
- You missed a subscription renewal or cancellation deadline.
- Access issues were caused by your own device, browser, internet connection, or third-party software.
- You were unaware of the subscription terms at the time of purchase.
- Your refund request is submitted more than 7 calendar days after the original purchase date.
4. Subscription Cancellations
- Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time through your profile settings.
- Cancelling your subscription stops all future billing immediately — it does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.
- It is your responsibility to cancel before your renewal date to avoid further charges.
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, email hi@candidatefalcon.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Your order number or transaction ID
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of error messages)
All requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Candidate Falcon to resolve the dispute:
- Constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use.
- May result in the immediate suspension of your account and a permanent ban from the platform.
- May be disputed by Candidate Falcon with supporting documentation submitted to your payment processor.
- Does not bypass or override this Refund Policy.
7. Modifications to This Policy
We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time, in our sole discretion, to reflect changes in law, regulation, regulatory guidance, technology, our data practices, or the functionality of the Platform. If we make material changes, we will always provide notice by posting the updated Refund Policy on the Platform, updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Refund Policy, and/or by sending you notice through the contact information associated with your account.
Any changes to this Refund Policy will become effective upon posting, unless otherwise stated.
By continuing to access or use the Platform after the updated Refund Policy become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to the revised Refund Policy, you must stop using the Platform.
You are responsible for reviewing these Refund Policy periodically to remain informed of any updates.
